This is a strong and robust single-screen guard that protects the grinding machine operator from liquids, hot chips and rotating machine parts. It is fitted with a 130mm x 105mm polycarbonate screen as standard. The guard includes an adjustable friction clutch to ensure that it stays in place once positioned. The premium heavy-duty aluminium guard is 150mm x 160mm.

This grinder safety guard has been designed and built to last in the toughest industrial environments, resisting heavy abrasion, and it is capable of all-day usage. This is the optimum safety shield for your small bench and pedestal grinder, perfect for replacing the original, cheap plastic OEM screens that are almost always broken or flipped out of the way because they are unusable.
